System 500 is a mains signaling system which provides a very cost effective answer to complete control without the use of ancillary wiring. The NOBØ Orion 512 is very simple to mount - just hang it up on the wall and plug into the mains. Radio signals are transmitted through the existing power cable network to receivers which turn electrical products on/off  or high/low. Electrical products up to 3600watts can be controlled under given conditions at a distance of up to 2km without the need to run a   control wire as long as power cables are connected between the two points. The system is ideal for established buildings and multi-story buildings where it is very difficult and expensive to run control wires to provide central time control.

NOBØ's control systems for electronic heating provide optimum efficiency in energy consumption. This avoids valuable energy being lost and the result is better heating economy.

The main principle of energy control is simple: the temperature is automatically lowered in periods when full "comfort temperature" is not required. At night, for example, or when no one is at home or when certain rooms are not being used. The more expensive the electricity the more you save!

The EC512 12 channel Mains Signalling Programmer provides 24 hour, 7 day control in hourly increments. The cost effective answer to complete heating control without ancillary wiring. Equipment fitted with receivers will respond to radio signals transmitted by the EC512 through the existing wiring network.

OVER-RIDE FACILITY

Any selected program may be temporarily overridden at any time, automatically reverting to the programme at the next switching action. A constant over-ride is also provided for holiday period, week-ends etc.

PROGRAM SECURITY

The facility to prohibit access to the programming function is provided for maximum security.

BATTERY RESERVE

In case of Power Failure, the EC 512 will retain programme memory.
